Meet Danielle Palermo

I’m a Licensed Social Worker and coach dedicated to supporting women through life transitions, emotional challenges, and meaningful personal growth.

      Coaching Journey

My path into coaching has been shaped by both my professional experience in the mental health field and my personal journey navigating life transitions. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals and families through challenges that require not only guidance, but compassion, structure, and real-life tools.

Personally, undergoing duodenal switch bariatric surgery gave me a deeper understanding of the emotional and mental shifts that come with major life transitions, especially for women. It strengthened my belief that growth is not just physical or external, but deeply rooted in mindset, self-worth, and resilience.

Through my work, I’ve developed a deep compassion for women navigating life transitions, especially mothers balancing parenting challenges, relationship stress, experiences of domestic violence or sexual abuse, career demands, and struggles with weight and body image, including post-bariatric surgery.

          Coaching Style

At the core of my work is a belief that women can be both:

                 gentle and powerful.

My coaching style is compassionate, structured, and focused on real-life application. I create a supportive space where you feel understood, while also helping you stay accountable and move forward with clarity and intention.

What sets my approach apart is the combination of my mental health background and personal life experience. I don’t just offer encouragement, I provide practical tools, guidance, and insight to help you navigate challenges, build confidence, and create lasting change.

"Danielle helped me gain clarity and rebuild my confidence. Her structured yet compassionate approach changed how I navigate daily challenges and relationships."
